Today I am sharing a Christmas Mixed media panel using the Saved by Grace stamp set. I love creating these panels for different seasons. They are a place to play and create and just experiment while creating something beautiful.
Hi there, today I am sharing some cards using the new Best Dad ever stamp set and matching background set. It’s not often that you find stunning male inspired stamps and so I am truly going to love using this one often.
This stamp set is so versatile and with the stunning full background stamp you can use it to make tags for layouts, stamp backgrounds on a layout and even use it in your art journal.
I coloured my images using markers – I kept to a grey and neutral palette with a few paint splats using watercolour paint for a fun effect.
A few buttons, diamante and washi tape finished off these cards.
I love how you can use the stamps in different ways to create clean and simple cards or go to town using the entire background.
Until next time happy Father’s day to all the dads out there! Wishing my dad was here today….
Today over on the @Joy Clair blog I am sharing this Bible Journaling page using one of the stunning new stamp sets.
This page started as something else, but I am happy to say by adding some new stamped images and more color it turned out to be bright and beautiful.
I stamped some of the images directly into my Bible, and then added loads of colorful layers. These fun flowers were stamped onto white cardstock and colored using markers.
I then cut them out and adhered them overlapping the original stamping.
The first layer as stamped using flowers, the flowers colored and then I added some stenciling details in various shapes of orange and purple.
The stenciled dots fill in some of the images as well as add an interesting layer of color and pattern.
Stamped leaves and paint splatters add more color and detail.
All my stamping was done using VersaFine Onyx Black by Tsukineko.
I love how the page turned out using different stamp sets together for a fun look. But most of all I am so grateful for God’s Grace upon my life – without HIM I am nothing
8 Three times I pleaded with the Lord to take it away from me. 9 But he said to me, “My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness.”
Therefore I will boast all the more gladly about my weaknesses, so that Christ’s power may rest on me.
Grace: It has been defined as the divine influence which operates in humans to regenerate and sanctify, to inspire virtuous impulses,
and to impart strength to endure trial and resist temptation; and as an individual virtue or excellence of divine origin

And what’s a morning without coffee and God? Pretty dull right? I tapped into my rich brown ink colours to show the richness of Life in Christ.
I used my paper crimper to add some detail to my inked card – the texture makes the card look like a real coffee cup which I love.
The lid was simply inked and a layer of dimensional glaze added and left to dry. I then cracked it lightly so it really looked like plastic. Such fun creating all those little details.
I love how easy it is to make these cards with the cut file. Everything fits perfectly and once cut with my Silhouette machine it took mere minutes to assemble the card.
And inside a little coffee voucher card for a special friend.
And as always I made this card my own, just using the cut file as a guideline for having fun – and what will a card be without some stamping?
Until next time – enjoy your morning coffee and chat with God as you prepare for your day! Blessings Jowilna.
Today on the Joy Clair blog I am sharing 2 cards using 1 stamp set, but changing things up by adding sentiments from another set.
The Joy Clair stamps are so versatile that combining them is effortless.
For my first card I randomly stamped the umbrellas over a piece of white cardstock. I added coloured using watercolour paint and added a layer of shimmer using a glimmer pen.
I chose the colours for the umbrellas from the washi tapes that I used.
For my second card I stamped the umbrellas down the side of a white panel, adding colour in the same way.
Combining different sentiments from different stamps sets is so easy working within the Joy Clair family.
Until next time – I hope you are inspired to pull out those stamps and get creative!
Welcome to today’s blog post filled with inspiration using 2 stamp sets from Joy Clair to create 2 different cards perfect for Spring and Summer flowers.
I used the following stamp sets to create these cards.
I used the small flower cluster from the Martha’s Flowers stamp set and stamped it repeatedly on white cardstock and used Tombow markers to add colour to the flowers.
The leaves are from The Reckless Love stamp set.
The sentiment was stamped onto a round piece of cardstock, and then the flowers arranged around the circle to create a wreath.
For my second card I created a background using some stencils. On top of the card I added stamped and coloured flowers, that sit on top of a stem that was stamped repeatedly using a sentiment from the Whale Hello stamp set.
The one flowers was adhered flat and the top one was raised using foam tape for dimension.
The smaller flowers were cut from the center of the bigger flowers and arrange across the background.
At the bottom of the card a stamped sentiment raise on foam tape adds more dimension.
Take a look at the NEW arrivals from Joy Clair stamps this month that I used.
Until next time – happy stamping!

Today on the Joy Clair blog I am sharing this Bible Journaling page using the stunning new Blossom stamp set.
Surviving when everything feels like a wilderness is not easy – but rest assured God won’t forsake you, nor will He desert you. He will lift you up from this dessert and land of drought into His luscious presence.
Keep going no matter what! Stand fast in your wilderness in His presence.
I started off my page by adding some colour to the background using Memento dewdrop inks and a blending tool. I then stamped the large cactus image directly onto the green area, added some shimmer paint and white gel pen details.
The other images were stamped onto white cardstock, painted with watercolour paint in shades of green and blue, cut out and adhered to the page.
To highlight the text and make it stand out more, I stamped the sentiment in black VersaFine Clair ink, then stamp it again in green VersaFine Clair ink and cut out the relevant word and adhered it over the black word.
Such a simple way off adding colour and importance to a word.
A few ink splats finished off the background page. I love the versatility of this set and am going to use it a bunch of times in my crafting.
Hope you are feeling inspired by the message – and even though life may seem like a bit of a wilderness or dessert – God won’t forsake you. You have come this far keep going.

I am co-partnering the Letters challenge with the amazing Nicole Winslow
For my card I used a combination of a sentiment and a stencilled background using letters.
step 1 – Stamp your sentiment onto smooth white cardstock using Warm Breeze VersaFine Clair ink. Punch the sentiment into a cricle.
step 2 – Stamp coffee beans onto the circle using Pinecone VersaFine Clair ink.
step 3 – Stamp the Doodle Flower Background onto a card panel using Warm Breeze VersaFine Clair ink.
step 4 – Use VersaFine Clair and blend 2 colours over the stamped image to add colour.
step 5 – Use Alpha stencil and glitter paste to stencil letters onto the background and leave to dry. Once dry, trim into a small strip.
Stamp more coffee beans onto the front of your card panel. Combine the sentiment circle with the stenciled strip onto the card. Use foam tape to raise the circle sentiment for dimension and interest.
We hope you enjoyed the World Card Making Day with us featuring the stunning Joy Clair stamps.
