Being creative never is a one sided affair. For me being creative is the constant thinking of how you can use scraps, samples, or experiments. Creativity is evolving and growing into different things, creating multiple things at any given time. This of course brings me to my next project…
This art journaling page was created for a class and evolved into something that I really love! And while demoing how to create the background on a 12” background I created a gorgeous effect using pretty much the same colours of paint. And of course the natural progression would be to turn the sample page into a layout – mimicking everything from the art journal page onto the layout.
The only thing I needed was some pretty patterned paper. And when looking at the bright and beautiful background I could definitely use something that is neutral but also blue at the same time. This calls for some Kraft Essentials paper – matching up a perfect blue from the photo used with the necessary neutral needed.
It just goes to show, that inspiration is everywhere, that creativity is only an opportunity waiting to be taken and that Lady Pattern Paper papers are the perfect match in any situation. And that’s why it should be part of your crafting stash basics – fulfilling every creative need imaginable.
