Creating a Colorful 2020 Planner Page with Memento Markers

After taking a little break over the holidays it’s back into full swing over on the blog and at my craft table. A little bit of exciting news too is that I finally got my Youtube channel up and running and now you can see my creative process in short little videos, I will be sharing these on my channel as well as all the amazing companies I love and design for this year. Today I am sharing how I am planning out my year month by month using stamps and various inks. Using my wooden number stamps to add the dates to each month and I am also showing you how I am creating inspirational words for each month as a reminder of my goals for the year. I incorporate Gold as an accent to add some shine to my planner pages too.

Christmas Mixed Media Panel

Today I am sharing a Christmas Mixed media panel using the Saved by Grace stamp set. I love creating these panels for different seasons. They are a place to play and create and just experiment while creating something beautiful.

The leaves from the stamp set was stamped onto white cardstock and coloured using markers in different shades of green.
The green berries stamped directly onto my printed photo using StazOn Pigment ink, and then some red rhinestone berries added for dimension and color.
The background is done using crackle paste and color added with some gold, yellow and brown ink. The brown is my favorite Walnut ink Crystals from Imagine Crafts and Tsukineko. The effect is an amazing end result of vintage with a little bit of glamour and sparkle.
