This week on the Kaisercraft blog we are using Decorative Dies on projects – I love these textured dies for various reasons. But I think their simplicity is the best thing about them.
You can dress them up or keep things simple like I did this time.
I had a piece of white cardstock with some ink stains on it and used that to cut the Textured Brickwork die out of the inked parts.
This created an interesting effect, that is instant and beautiful.
The butterfly stamped on acetate was folded in half and attached using a brad.
The background has some gorgeous blue pattern on it created using Infusions. Such a beautiful and unexpected effect that I love with this pink and green paper combo.
Coloured paint splats in shades of pink, green, blue and black pull everything together.
And of late I am really loving this simplistic style of scrapping – Perfect for creativity and using up my odd stash of embellishments.
All Kaisercraft products are distributed by The Wholesaler in South Africa.
