Welcome to the Joy Clair and Clear Scraps Collaboration Week. If you haven’t seen the Clear Scraps products yet you are in for a real treat.
I received this stunning little mini-album from Clear Scraps to decorate. I am not a fan of mini albums but had so much fun decorating this little treasure, and had a few surprise end results too.

For the inside of my album I cut white cardstock pages and stamped some images onto them. I used some markers and even a gold Sharpie to add colour to the images.

For the cover I used my Americana acrylic paints and my Gelli plate to create the fun and colorful effect.

My stamped Castle image is from the Heir of God | Bible Journaling stamp

The Castle image was also coloured using markers, cut out and adhered to the cover and then a layer of dimensional glaze added for a nice finish.

But, the inside of the cover reveals a surprise – a gorgeous cupcake cut out. I wasn’t feeling the cupcake image on the outside so I covered it up using my stamped Castle image< but when you open the cover you can still see it.
A fun surprise indeed. Now all I need to do is dress it up with some glitter inside the cut out for a sparkly King and Queen-like cupcake – a perfect match for this album.

I love how the colours and the paint effects all came together so beautifully in a bright and happy project.
The products are of the highest standards and so amazing. And I loved working with them.

Until next time – happy stamping!
