We have finally gotten some of the amazing AALL& Create stamps and products in South Africa and I am loving them. For art journaling last month we used this amazing stamp set along with some Liquid Acrylics from Prima and Concentrated Watercolours. Together these products make for an amazing end result.

I grew up with art around me, and more specifically watercolour paint. And that is where my love for the imperfect comes from – the possibilities and the opportunities that if offers are endless. And best of all it can be perfect if you want it to be.
For the tag we used good old black spray paint and sprayed over a stencil. Once the spray paint was dry, we used the Liquid Acrylics mixed with water to add colour to the open white spaces. A cool effect. The tag was trimmed shorter and adhere to the bottom of our pages for a fun effect.
Look how amazing all these inks work together. And as always my go-to stamping ink used is VersaFine Clair in Nocturne. Perfect for adding inks and paints over it without smudging.

And finishing it off with some black dot stenciling and white gel pen details.
Such a simple but effective page with beautiful end results.
